Limescale dissolves because citric acid breaks down and loosens the deposits on the surface. Dirt and soap scum are removed by plant-based cleaners made from sophorolipids, derived from sugar and plant oils. Together, they make the Elvou Badkamerreiniger incl spraypomp - 500ml an eco-friendly cleaner that still works effectively. The fresh scent comes from real eucalyptus and rosemary oil, so no synthetic fragrances. Your bathroom smells clean and fresh after use. A plant-based bathroom cleaner you can trust, even if you’re sensitive to strong chemical scents. The Elvou line offers more gentle cleaners like this if you want to clean your entire home on the same Manier.

This cleaner is intended for bathroom and shower surfaces with limescale, soap scum and dirt. Think tiles, shower walls, sinks and taps. You can use it daily or occasionally for maintenance.

No. The Elvou Badkamerreiniger incl spraypomp - 500ml is a bathroom cleaner free of synthetic perfume. Its scent comes from eucalyptus and rosemary oil. These are natural fragrances, not synthetic perfumes. Perfect if you’re sensitive to artificial scents or just want to know what you’re breathing in while cleaning.

For normal dirt, a few seconds is enough. For stubborn limescale, let the Elvou Badkamerreiniger incl spraypomp - 500ml sit a bit longer so the formula has time to loosen the limescale. Then wipe and rinse. The longer the working time, the less scrubbing you need to do.

The biggest difference is what’s not inside. Many common bathroom cleaners contain synthetic perfumes, sulphates or microplastics. The Elvou Badkamerreiniger incl spraypomp - 500ml leaves all that out and uses plant-based cleaners and natural fragrances. You’ll notice this if you’re sensitive to strong chemical scents or want a more conscious choice for your home.

Want to clean the rest of your home on the same Manier? The Elvou All-Purpose Cleaner and Elvou Kitchen Cleaner refill are logical additions. But if you want to choose consciously for fewer synthetic substances at home, the Elvou cleaner is the better choice. All cleaning products from the brand are in the Sport collection.
