Mix the BlondMe Deep Toning with the Premium Developer (2%-7VOL) at a 1:1 ratio. Mix thoroughly until you get an even blend, and apply immediately to damp hair. Use enough product for an even colour result. The development time is about 20 minutes or until you reach the desired result.

Using Deep Toning after a bleaching or highlift colour? First finish the oxidation process with a BlondMe Treatment!
