Mix the Wella Blondor 9 Tones Blonde Dust-free lightening powder with hydrogen peroxide to bleach the hair. Pay close attention to the ratios as indicated in the instructions. Apply the mixture evenly to dry hair. Start at the roots and slowly smooth the mixture out towards the ends. Leave it on for some time, up to a maximum of 50 minutes! Check the hair carefully every 5-10 minutes during the lightening process to see if the Blondor Lightening Powder is working. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and shampoo.
