Shake Bondi Sands Sunscreen Lotion well before use. Then follow these steps for optimal protection:

1. Apply sunscreen generously and evenly to all exposed skin 20 minutes before going out into the sun.
2. Use at least one teaspoon per arm, leg, front, back and head/neck.
3. Reapply every 2 hours or more often after swimming, sweating or towel drying.
