1. Pre-wash hair with a mild shampoo and towel dry slightly.
2. Wrap hair onto perm rods of the desired size.
3. Apply the L'Oréal ProfesSionnel Dulcia Advanced Natural Hair No 0 evenly onto all rods.
4. Allow the solution to process. Adjust processing time for the curl strength you want.
5. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water without removing the rods.
6. Apply the neutraliser, leave on, then remove the rods.
