Always protect your hands by wearing gloves when lightening hair. Next, mix the lightening powder in a non-metal bowl with a developer from L'Oréal ProfesSionnel Blond Studio. Choose a developer up to nine per cent that suits your needs. Use a 1:1 mixing ratio and stir with a spatula to a smooth cream. Do not use extra heat. Apply to dry hair and leave in for up to 50 minutes, depending on your desired result.
