Apply the Mahogany lip pencil to your lips before applying lipstick or lip gloss. Start in the middle of your upper lip and draw a smooth line towards the corners of your mouth. Do the same for your lower lip. To make your lips look bigger, you can slightly outline your lips to enlarge the lip surface. Then apply your favorite lipstick or lip gloss on.
