The System 4 Shampoo for Progressed Thinning Treated Hair is part of the three-step System 4 treatment specially developed to counteract thinning hair that has been treated. For the best result, we recommend including all three steps in your hair routine.

Step 1: Nioxin System 4 Shampoo

Start by cleansing the scalp by applying a small amount of Nioxin System 4 Shampoo to wet hair and massage it in gently. Let the shampoo work for 30 to 60 seconds and rinse the hair thoroughly. 

Step 2: Nioxin System 4 Conditioner

Next, apply the conditioner from the roots on damp hair. To also provide the scalp with the right care, massage the conditioner into the scalp and work slowly towards the ends. Let the conditioner sit for a while and rinse thoroughly. 

Step 3: Nioxin System 4 Treatment

As the third step, use the System 4 leave-in treatment from Nioxin. Shake the leave-in well before use. Divide the hair into sections and apply the treatment at the roots. Massage in well and you’re good to go! Because the treatment is a leave-in, you don’t need to rinse it out. 

Note: Because the system 4 treatment stimulates blood circulation (which stimulates hair growth), temporary redness may occur on the scalp, but this will disappear on its own!
