You need RefectoCil Oxidant Developer Cream -3% to create the eyebrow dye. RefectoCil is the brand in the field of eyebrow & eyelash dye! This is not for nothing, the eyebrow dye gives you super tight pigmented eyebrows for weeks! You mix the developers with the paint for a super nice result. The developer cream has a different substance than the developer liquid, so that the cream developer runs out less quickly.

You use the RefectoCil Oxidant Developer Cream to create the RefectoCil eyebrow / eyelash paint . (Note: for the color Blond no. 0 you have to prepare with the RefectoCil Oxidant Liquid Developer .

1. Mix 10 to 15 drops of the RefectoCil Oxidant Cream Developer - 3% with 2 cm of paint (an applicator stick is included in the package).
2. Apply the paint to your natural eyebrow hairs.
3. Leave it on for 10 minutes, then remove it and let the result surprise you!
