The Cream developer has a different texture than the liquid developer, making the Cream developer less likely to run.
You use the RefectoCil Oxidant Developer Cream - 100ml to mix with the RefectoCil eyebrow/eyelash tint . (Note: For Blonde colour no. 0, mix with the RefectoCil Oxidant Liquid Developer. For other colours, you can choose freely!)
