    What do I use the RefecoCil Oxidant Developer Liquid – 3%?

    You use the RefectoCil Oxidant Developer Liquid to create the RefectoCil eyebrow/eyelash paint. (Note: for the color Blonde no. 0 you must create it with the RefectoCil Oxidant Cream Developer ). For the rest of the colors you can choose your own preference!

     

    How do you use the Refectocil Oxidant Developer Liquid – 3%?
    • Mix 4 drops of the RefectoCil Oxidant Developer Liquid 3% with 1 cm of paint
    • Apply the paint to your natural eyebrow hairs.
    • Leave it on for 10 minutes and be surprised by the result!

    100 ml is good for approximately 200 uses, the shelf life is until the last drop.
