    What do I use the RefectoCil Oxidant Developer Liquid – 3% with?

    Use the RefectoCil Oxidant Developer Liquid to mix with RefectoCil eyebrow/lash tint. (Note: for Blonde shade no. 0, use the RefectoCil Oxidant Cream Developer). For all other colours, you can choose your preferred developer!

     

    How do you use the Refectocil Oxidant Developer Liquid – 3%?
    • Mix 4 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant Developer Liquid 3% with 1 cm of tint
    • Apply the tint to your natural eyebrow hairs.
    • Leave it on for 10 minutes and enjoy the amazing results!

    100 ml is enough for about 200 applications, and is usable until the very last drop.
