Mix the toner with a BlondMe Premium Developer in equal parts, so 1:1. We recommend a 2% - 7vol developer. Mix the two substances thoroughly until a smooth, even cream is formed. Use the mixture on damp, towel-dried light blonde or bleached hair. Apply the colour immediately after preparation. Apply a generous amount in fine sections for the best possible toning and evening out. 

Leave in for about 20 minutes, or until you achieve the desired result. Check the colour development occasionally. Extra heat is not recommended. Rinse thoroughly after colouring. Then treat the hair with BlondMe All Blondes.
