Probiotics are living bacteria, but don't be alarmed! These bacteria have beneficial effects on health. These living bacteria naturally occur in our bodies; these are good bacteria. Maintaining a healthy balance between good and bad bacteria is important for good health. You can get probiotics through your daily diet. These good bacteria are mainly found in fermented foods such as yogurt, buttermilk, brie, gorgonzola, kombucha, sourdough bread, fermented soy, and vegetable products. However, many dairy products are now pasteurized, which kills the living bacteria. In addition, the acidity in your stomach also kills a large portion of bacteria, both good and bad. For this reason, it's recommended to take probiotic supplements, but only a high-quality one.

The Vitakruid formula consists of no fewer than four probiotic strains that work hand in hand.

A key factor in quality is the survival rate. Vitakruid has developed a probiotic with a survival rate of up to 24 hours. This means that the bacterial strains persist after passing through the digestive system and stomach acid. This leads to increased metabolic activity. There are two ways to give the Symflora Baby to your child: you can give it to your child yourself or you can give it directly to your child.

Use mom:

Use Symflora Baby from the 32nd week of pregnancy. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 100 ml of lukewarm water and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Stir and take, preferably on an empty stomach.

Use baby:

• Dissolve the contents of one sachet with 10 ml of lukewarm water, formula, or breast milk. Let this sit for 10 to 15 minutes and then stir well before use.
• Apply a little breast milk to the areola, then apply the contents of the sachet to the areola and breastfeed your baby as usual.

*Use 1-3 sachets per day and do not exceed the recommended dosage!
