What are prebiotics?

Prebiotics consist of dietary fiber for the intestines. This fiber can, of course, also be obtained through our daily diet, such as grains, vegetables, and fruit. Sometimes, getting enough of this fiber can be quite a challenge, and in those cases, a Symflora dietary supplement is a good addition (note: not a replacement!). It's important to consume enough prebiotics because they stimulate the growth and function of beneficial bacteria, which we find in probiotics. Prebiotics and probiotics work hand in hand, boosting each other's effectiveness.

The composition and operation

The Vitakruid Symflora Junior formula consists of no fewer than six different strains. This is certainly not without reason, as scientific research shows that multiple strains are more effective than a single one.

When we digest our food, not all bacteria survive. This can be quite a shame when it comes to "good" bacteria. Probiotics have a higher metabolic activity, which significantly increases their survival rate and can effectively kill their work.

In addition to the pre- and probiotics in Symflora Junior, Vitakruid has also added Vitamin D3 to the formula. This vitamin helps boost the immune system. Symflora contains 5 mcg of Vitamin D3, which is already half of the recommended daily dose of 10 mcg!

We recommend that you always use nutritional supplements according to the package insert and not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Take one sachet per day, preferably on an empty stomach. Dissolve the powder in approximately 100 ml of lukewarm water. Let the mixture sit for one minute and stir well.
