You need RefectoCil Oxidant Developer Liquid 3% to create eyebrow dye. RefectoCil is the brand in the field of eyebrow & eyelash dye! This is not without reason, the eyebrow paint gives you super tight pigmented eyebrows for weeks! You mix the developers with the paint for a super nice result.
You use the RefectoCil Oxidant Developer Liquid to create the RefectoCil eyebrow/eyelash paint. (Note: for the color Blonde no. 0 you must create it with the RefectoCil Oxidant Cream Developer ). For the rest of the colors you can choose your own preference!
100 ml is good for approximately 200 uses, the shelf life is until the last drop.
