For optimal protection, follow these simple steps with Bondi Sands Spf50+ Coconut Lotion:

1. Shake the SPF Lotion well before use.
2. Apply liberally to all exposed skin 20 minutes before sun exposure. Use at least 1 teaspoon per limb, plus one for the front, back, and face.
3. Repeat every 2 hours, or more often after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.

Note: Don't forget your ears, neck, hands and feet, they are often overlooked!
