How do I use the Olaplex Set?
With an Olaplex set, you can give your hair a true salon treatment, right in the comfort of your own home. Each set contains multiple steps—for example, No. 0, No. 3, No. 4, and No. 5—that you use consecutively. The exact procedure depends on the set you choose, but Olaplex has made it incredibly easy with the numbers on the packaging. If you use the Olaplex steps in chronological order, you'll always be on the right track, even if you skip some. We've outlined an example for you below.
- Apply Olaplex Bond Building No.0 (intensive primer) to dry hair.
- Leave on for 10 minutes and then apply Olaplex No.3 (restorative treatment).
- Rinse well, wash with Olaplex No.4 Maintenance Shampoo and condition with Olaplex No.5 Maintenance Conditioner.
- Use Olaplex No. 6 or No. 9 as a leave-in for extra protection and styling.
