Fortunately, there are plenty of tools and examples to create a Perfecte eyebrow. Which colour should you use and what about eyebrow tint? We’re happy to answer these questions and guide you in finding the right products for your eyebrows. How can I shape my eyebrows?
Shaping your eyebrows is definitely not super easy. It’s also a bit scary, what if it goes wrong? It’s not like your eyebrow hairs grow back in a day. You can of course let a specialist do your eyebrows, but this is often very expensive. With a little guidance, you can give your eyebrows the Perfecte shape yourself! Below is a step-by-step plan for shaping your eyebrows and how to keep them looking great daily:
Step 1 - First, it’s important to let your eyebrow hairs grow as much as possible. Before you really start shaping your eyebrows, make sure you have a full bunch of eyebrow hairs.
Step 2 - Have you let your eyebrows grow full? Then it’s time to tweeze and shape your eyebrows. There’s a certain technique for this, which you can Simply apply with a pencil. In this video you can see how to measure where your eyebrow should start, end, and form. Mark this. Then you can determine and mark the thickness. Everything outside the marking can be tweezed away. Step 3 - It’s best to tweeze your eyebrows with a pair of tweezers. Avoid waxing, strips or thread, and leave this to the profesSionals. With tweezers you have the least riSisk and can work more precisely. You can tweeze everything outside the marking. Pull the hair out in the direction of hair growth when tweezing. Step 4 - Brush your eyebrow hairs straight up with a spoolie and trim just the tips to make your eyebrows neater.
Step 5 - If you want, you can tint your eyebrows with eyebrow tint. The step-by-step plan for this is explained in the next question!
Step 6 - You can fill in your eyebrows with eyebrow make-up. There are different types of eyebrow products. For example powders, pens, pencils and gels. Fill in your eyebrows in the colour you want. How do I tint my eyebrows with RefectoCil?
With RefectoCil eyebrow (and lash) tint you make sure your eyebrows are perfectly on fleek. The tint gives your eyebrows the colour you naturally desire. You can enjoy beautiful voluminous eyebrows in the desired colour for about six weeks. That saves you time in the morning because you spend less time colouring your eyebrows! The RefectoCil eyebrow tint is available in nine different colours.

The tint must be mixed with hydrogen peroxide. Mix one cm of tint with five drops of RefectoCil Oxidant Developer Liquid - 3% or one cm of tint with seven drops of RefectoCil Oxidant Developer Cream. Remove any make-up residues from your eyebrows and make sure they are clean and dry. Apply the tint to your eyebrows and leave it on for a maximum of ten minutes. Be sure to pay attention to the (desired) shape of your eyebrows when applying. How long you leave it on depends on the desired result (the longer, the more intense the colour). Remove the tint and that’s it!
Is it harmful to tint your eyebrows?
No, eyebrow tint is not harmful to your eyebrows or skin. Eyebrow tint is specially developed for the sensitive skin around your eyebrows. Hair dye, for example, is too harsh for this area and is strongly discouraged. The ingredients in RefectoCil eyebrow tint are all tested. Also, the tint is not irritating or harmful to your eyes.
What eyebrows suit my face?
It’s hard to determine which eyebrow shape suits your face. Two tips stand out: don’t tweeze too much, better too little! Also, don’t stray too far from your natural eyebrow shape when shaping your eyebrows.

Eyebrows for an oval face:
- No exaggerated arch
- Avoid eyebrows that curl upwards too much
- Go for a soft shape
- No harsh, straight line
Eyebrows for an oblong face:
- Almost the same eyebrow as for an oval face
- The eyebrow can be a bit straighter
Eyebrows for a round face:
- Create height
- Defined eyebrow with an arch
- It can be a bit straighter
Eyebrows for a DiaMan-shaped face:
- Ensure a curve in the eyebrow
- Soft and round
Eyebrows for a square face:
- Balanceer a square face with round shapes
- So go for a nice, round eyebrow
Eyebrows for a heart-shaped face:
- Go for a soft, round eyebrow
- This softens the sharp facial features
Which eyebrow colour suits my face?
Of course, you can choose any colour you like. If you want a natural look, the colour of your eyebrows largely depends on your hair colour.
Blondes
Blondes often have naturally light eyebrows. The wish is to make the eyebrows stand out a bit more. In this case, choose a darker colour with a grey undertone. Be careful not to choose a colour that is too dark, go for a colour that’s at most three shades darker than your own eyebrows.
Brunettes
For brunettes and those with black hair, the opposite applies. If you have dark hair, it’s best to choose an eyebrow colour that is slightly lighter than your own hair colour. Choose an eyebrow colour that’s one to two shades lighter than your natural eyebrow colour. This Man creates a softer appearance.
Red hair
Not to forget the beautiful redheads. If you have red hair, you often also have naturally light eyebrows like blondes. So choose a darker eyebrow colour. As a redhead, it’s recommended to choose a colour with a warm undertone. This matches nicely with your hair colour for a natural result.
