How do I use the Elleure Clarifier Blond Plex?
- Mix the bleaching powder with Elleure Teinture Oxydant 1.8%, 3%, 6%, 9% or 12% in a ratio of 1:2.
- Adjust the mixing ratio as desired for the perfect consistency.
- Apply evenly to dry hair.
- Leave to work until the desired degree of discolouration is achieved, check regularly.
- Rinse thoroughly and treat the hair with a restorative product.
