1. Shake the bottle well before use.
   
   
2. Spray liberally on your body at least 15 minutes before sun exposure.
   Rub the spray in lightly for an even distribution.
   
   
3. Reapply every 2 hours and after swimming, sweating or towel drying – even if the formula is water-resistant.
   
   

Note: Applying too little significantly reduces the protection factor. Better safe than sunburned!
