The mixing ratio depends on the technique you are going to use. Mix the bleaching powder with the Matrix Cream Developer in the desired percentage. Never use a percentage of 12% for application on the scalp. Mix the bleaching powder and developer in a non-metallic bowl until a homogeneous mass and apply to the hair. Allow the mass to work without heat for a maximum of 50 minutes and then rinse thoroughly.
