Mix BlondMe Deep Toning with Premium Developer (2%-7VOL) with a mixing ratio of 1:1. Mix thoroughly until a smooth mixture is obtained, and apply to damp hair immediately after preparation. Use sufficient product for an even colour result. The development time is approximately up to 20 minutes, or until the desired result is achieved.
