1. Make sure your hair is clean and dry or slightly damp.
2. Protect your skin with Vaseline or an old towel along your hairline.
3. Work a generous amount of La Riche Directions - Neon Blue through your hair and spread it evenly with your fingers or a brush.
4. Leave the colour on for 15 to 30 minutes.
5. Rinse thoroughly with cold water until the water runs clear.

On dark hair, the result is limited. You won’t see a bright neon colour, only a cool blue glow in certain light.
