Step 1: Cleanse your face with a mild cleanser and pat dry.

Step 2: Apply a few drops of the Retinol Serum in Squalane to your face and neck, avoiding the eye area.

Step 3: Follow with a moisturizer to support the skin barrier.

Step 4: Protect your skin during the day with a broad-spectrum sunscreen of SPF 30 or higher, as retinol makes the skin more sensitive to UV rays.

Initially use the serum 1-2 times per week and gradually increase the frequency as your skin builds tolerance.
