The Multi Day & Night Multivitamin consists of two nutritional supplements: the Day Multivitamin, specifically focused on the nutrients you need during the day, and the Night Multivitamin, specifically designed to meet your body's nighttime needs. The Multi Day contains vitamin B6 in its safest form, P-5-P.
