Which baby care is natural?
All baby care from Naïf and Attitude Living contain natural ingredients. Naïf uses tested and approved ingredients that are harmless. Attitude has everything tested by independent scientists and dermatologists, and also lets parents test their products.
You can use everything from both Naïf and Attitude. Attitude started as harmful-free cleaning products and became a household name worldwide!
Is the scent of Attitude and Naïf harmful?
Although Attitude developed a line for the most sensitive baby skin, both Attitude and Naïf use scents in their products. And we can say upfront these are not harmful. We’ve learned that perfume is bad because synthetic perfumes were always used. But times have changed and there are now brands aware of people and the environment. The scents used now are natural, coming from real flowers and made without chemical additives. The scent is therefore safe for your little one, pregnant mum or adult.
Which baby care is without perfume?
Before we continue, ‘perfume-free’ baby care means it’s actually scent-free. All baby care from Naïf and Attitude contain no perfume, only natural fragrances that form naturally.
Attitude is especially good because it also avoids natural ingredients that can rarely cause allergies. These are exceptions though. This means you can use Attitude with natural scent without allergic reactions in a healthy baby.

What are absolute must-haves for baby care?
If you’re a mom to be, it can be confusing what you really need at home. There are lists everywhere, some you like, others you don’t. That’s why it’s important to go back to the basics and see what’s truly needed, which comes down to the following.
Diaper Cream - is an absolute must-have. Whether you like it or not, your little one can get dry or red skin. So it’s important to always have a diaper cream at home!
Baby Oil or Cream is also a must-have, again for dry baby skin.
Naïf Milky Bath Oil is an absolute must-have for your little one. Your little one doesn’t really have to be washed with bodywash/shampoo yet, water is enough. However, water can dry the skin, especially for babies. A baby’s skin is not fully developed yet, so it’s wise to add a few drops of oil to the water. This loosens any dirt from the skin or hair and protects the skin at the same time.
You can wash the skin with something, but it’s not necessary for little ones. That’s why we recommend this harmful-free nourishing Bath Oil.

Often your little one wants to use the same as you. Then of course you want that to be safe for your son or daughter. You can have two different care products, but that doesn’t always work or is necessary. So save money and bathroom space! We’ve made a list of Mommy Essentials safe for the whole family. What are absolute must-haves for kids’ care?
Kids are made to play and they love to play. Showering and cleaning isn’t what they want, playing in the shower or bath is. That’s why a 2in1 shampoo/bodywash is highly recommended. One wash and done, time to play more. That’s what kids want. Of course, the 2in1 shampoo/bodywash should be harmful-free and nourishing for skin and hair.
Does your son or daughter have long hair? Then it’s smart to use a Hair Detangler, simply spray in after showering and let it absorb. It’s that simple.
Do you have products to care for my child’s curls?
Yes, we do, but these haircare products are for adults. Below are very popular curl care products that are 98% naturally derived. However, they do contain perfume so be aware if you have sensitivities. On the page Curly Girl Method you’ll find all haircare for curly hair free from sulfates or parabens.
Another essential curl gel must-have is the Umberto Giannini Curl Jelly. It’s free from Silicones and protein, suitable for the CG-Method. Thanks to the curl gel, your or your little one’s curls look defined and shiny in no time!
Do baby and kids products contain parabens and sulfates?
No, all baby and kids products are free from parabens and sulfates. This applies to the brands specially made for children and babies, which are Attitude and Naïf. Are there Vegan baby or kids care products?
Maybe you’re looking for harmful-free baby or kids care but prefer Vegan care. Both Naïf and Attitude are officially cruelty and Vegan free. This means no animal-derived ingredients and no animal testing. So if you prefer Vegan care, both brands are right for you!
Which detergents are 100% safe for both babies and children?
Washing baby and kids clothes go hand in hand. We wash a lot as mums, but it can also be overwhelming. You want clothes to smell fresh and be clean but be completely safe without chemical or harmful ingredients. Can detergent smell nice and still be safe? Definitely! With real natural added scents harmlessly 'drawn' on a Manier. There are also fragrance-free detergents without harmful ingredients like well-known NEUTRAL 0% perfume. This commonly recommended detergent contains 0% perfume and colours but has proteins that remain in clothes, which you don’t want for your little ones.

Is there a stain remover 100% safe for babies and kids?
Stain removers are usually discouraged because they contain bleach and other chemicals. Besides being bad for adults, it is even worse for babies with undeveloped skin. Anything on a baby’s skin is absorbed more and enters the bloodstream. Examples to avoid:
- Bleach
- Perfume
- Colourants
- Alcohol ethoxylate
- Etc.
