Pacifiers are often used intensively, so it's important to check them regularly. Before using BIBS pacifiers, always inspect them for wear, any edges, changes in size or shape of the nipple, and of course any tears in the natural rubber. If you notice any damage to the BIBS pacifier, do not use it anymore and grab another from your stash :) Variety is fun too with all the lovely colours & prints, especially to match cute outfits like dresses ♡

Assuming your Boheme pacifiers are intact and well used, it's important to clean them regularly. This doesn’t have to be complicated — boiled water from a kettle will do the trick. First, boil water in a kettle or a saucepan. Once boiled, pour it into a bowl or saucepan. Then place the Camomile Lawn Eloise / Blush Mix pacifiers in the water and let them soak for MAXIMUM five minutes.

Afterwards, take the pacifiers out and lay them to dry on a clean towel. Let them cool down. Never give a hot pacifier to your baby, as this can cause burns in your daughter’s mouth & you definitely want to avoid that!

For daily cleaning or sterilising, simply place the BIBS pacifier in a colander and pour some boiled water over it. Boiling for a long time is not necessary — in fact, better not to! Natural rubber isn't designed for that and will get damaged.

Note: The advice to boil pacifiers for five minutes comes from silicone pacifier guidelines. These BIBS pacifiers are made of natural rubber and boiling them will cause damage. The cleaning method described above is already enough to kill all bacteria. And that's exactly what you want :)
