How do I use the Wella Shinefinity Semi Permanent Color?

First you mix the Activator with the desired color. Then apply the Shinefinity to towel-dried hair. Then let the product soak in without heat for a maximum of 20 minutes. Is this with heat? Then let the color absorb for 15 minutes. When the color has completely absorbed, emulsify with a little water to prevent skin stains.
