How do I use eyebrow dye?
Step 1: Make sure your eyebrows are completely clean and free of any makeup residue.

Step 3: Now it's time to create the eyebrow dye. To create the dye you need a developer. You can choose between RefectoCil Oxidant Developer Liquid - 3% and RefectoCil Oxidant Developer Cream - 3% . The mixing ratios:
1cm paint: 5 drops of oxidant liquid
OR
1cm paint: 7 drops of oxidant cream .
Step 4: Apply the eyebrow dye to your eyebrows. You can do this with a brush or a cotton swab, whichever you prefer.
Step 5: The longer you let the paint soak in, the more intense the effect. But let the paint soak in for a maximum of 10 minutes. Do you think you have the desired color? Then you can remove the paint!
Please note: The colour Blond no. 0 must be mixed with RefectoCil oxidant 3% cream. Mixing ratio: 2 cm of paint: 25 drops of oxidant 3% cream.

Which eyebrow color suits me?
