How do I use the BlondMe Premium Lightener?
Mix the bleaching powder with the BlondMe Premium Developer (2%-7VOL on/off scalp, 6%-20VOL or 9%-30VOL) to a smooth cream. The mixing ratio is 1:1.5 to 1:2.5. After mixing, apply it immediately to dry hair, do not use a shampoo beforehand. Divide the product over the hair and use enough for the most beautiful equalization. Avoid overlapping with previously updo hair. Development time is approximately 20-45 minutes (do not use artificial heat from a streamer or hair dryer to speed up development time). After the exposure time, rinse the hair thoroughly and treat the hair with the BlondMe care products for the best result!
