How do I use the BlondMe Pastel Toner?

Use the toner in combination with the BlondMe Developer (2%-7VOL). The mixing ratio is 1:1 and mix it until smooth. Apply to damp hair and use enough product for an even color result. The toning is suitable for on and off scalp applications. The exposure time is a maximum of 20 minutes and avoid extra heat.

If you use the Pastel Toning after bleaching or highlift coloring, first end the oxidation process with a BlondMe Treatment.
